  • restorative postures with props to initiate the relaxation response.
  • guided, reclined meditation to leave you feeling incredibly calm and centered.

But I know that overwhelm and stress are simply resistance to personal growth + power. As Marianne Williamson says, “Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
