BEGINNER SERIES | STARTS JANUARY 20
The 5-week Beginner Series will be offered at YOGAWORKS FELL’S POINT and is a perfect introduction to the philosophy and postures of yoga.
The 5 classes are on Saturdays 11AM-12:30PM
1/206, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, and 2/24
It is designed so that upon completion, you will have acquired a foundation in yoga that will equip you to start sampling other classes and develop your own practice.
Here’s what you will learn:
- Foundation of basic yoga postures to maximize benefits of the practice.
- Introduction of yogic philosophy to deepen understanding of teachings.
- Yogic breathing techniques to reduce tension and manage anxiety.
- Basic mindfulness and meditation techniques to increase inner peace.
- How styles of yoga differ and how to develop a consistent practice.
While this IS meant to be taken as a series, you’re welcome to come to any of the weeks individually.

Backbends + Niyamas (guidelines for growth)
