WEEKLY CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA

MOVE + BREATHE WITH INTENTIONAL EASE TO FEEL REFRESHED.

This class will help you develop body awareness, learn the basic postures and their modifications, and discover how to link breath with movement. The emphasis on proper alignment will help you build strength slowly and safely.

MOVE + BREATHE WITH CALM STRENGTH TO FEEL NOURISHED.

Modifications are offered so that you can adjust your practice based on what you need in each class. Come to try your first class with no obligation. Mats, props, and eye pillows provided.

Restorative yoga balances a fast lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related. During a Restorative yoga sequence, you still stretch, but you relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released. Because the body and mind relax, literally becoming softer, you also create space to get in touch again with your natural qualities of compassion and understanding of others and self.

Yoga is the simplest and most effective way to reset and retrain your nervous system.
In this transformative workshop, you’ll:
  • learn a simple 3-step method to end your struggle with chronic stress so that you can be more present and confident
  • release tension, and prompt and strengthen your relaxation response
  • discover how to manage the challenges of your life every day with ease.
