I’ve factored in the science of habit-building throughout the program so you’ll start small and gradually increase the time you’re spending each week to no more than 30 minutes per day. Plus you’ll spend about 45-minutes on the phone with me each week.

Many of my students set a pace of one Module per week, but don’t worry, if you need me to help keep you on track, I will!
