HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR CLASS:

  • A yoga mat. A yoga rug or an exercise mat is also just fine.
  • Two blankets. Google yoga blanket to get a sense of desirable thickness and weight. Four beach-sized towels can also work.
  • A warm blanket. The guided meditation will lower your blood pressure and you’ll want to stay warm. Any blanket that feels good to you is perfect.
  • Something to cover your eyes and feet. An eye pillow, bandana, washcloth, scarf, or even a clean sock can be used. If your feet tend to get cold, bring socks.
  • Technology for streaming. I highly recommend using a laptop or tablet with Zoom installed instead of your phone, and earbuds can be nice for the meditation.

I just want you to know that I have taken many yoga classes, but no class or teacher has matched your level of teaching and genuine caring for each student.  I learned so much during the 5-class workshop I took with you, and I take what I learned with me everywhere. Your classes are the standard of which I hold every yoga class I walk into.  I will continue searching.
