How much time do I need to complete this mini-program?

Shift Happens with Yoga is a self-paced program, so you can do it on your time. There are 6 Lessons that take about 20 minutes each to complete. Plus you'll be on the phone with me twice for about 30 minutes each.

Most people complete the Lessons and their first call with me in 1-2 weeks and start building their new yoga practice habit during week 3. This means 1 month from right now, you could have a simple yoga practice that improves every aspect of your life.

Based on what you want out of your new yoga habit, I'll create a simple practice just for you. For example, if you're struggling with insomnia, your simple practice will be a few gentle movements and a breathing technique to relax your body and mind right before bed.

All of my customized simple practices are 10 minutes or less. As a skilled yoga therapist, I know how to combine physical, breathing, and mental techniques to design a potent practice that takes surprisingly little time commitment.
